Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I love working for USDP and for the most part am excited to come to work everyday. I have good days and bad days but there are always people who can ruin that for you. Overall I am happy with my position and hope to continue and move up with the company.

We support one another the majority of the time.

I love my salary and am so thankful for health benefits provided for me and my family.

Getting my everyday tasks done and being able to visit with my teams to see how they are doing.

That they truly know who I am and thank me for the work I am doing on a regular basis.

I love the support we get from our upper management. They are genuine and really care about us and our lives.

Doing my job, seeing the progress I make daily, interacting with all my different teams and offices. I truly love my job!

My team is a great group a managers that are supportive and always willing to help and give advice and feedback when needed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do a lot of work and run several offices while only making a fraction more than when I started and only ran 1 office.
