Experiance after 2020 was absolutely horrible. Corporate culture is becoming more and more toxic by the day. Terrible managment and executive team. No employee security. Lots of bad reviews on all job websites and HR in perpetual canned response PR cleanup.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I honestly don't think the culture will change without leadership change. The toxic culture came in with the current leadership, so I don't think will change without a change in leadership.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Corporate culture is toxic. There is going to have to be a attitude and heart change from the board, to the leadership team, and on down to managment before the workplace situation will improve for the employees.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Inteviewed years ago for another leadership team. Was pretty good overall. I've heard from recent hires that the current interview and onboarding process is horrable. Onboarding is mostly broken because leadershp keeps firing people who know how to onboard...
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
You can teach some things, but ethics and humility are hard to learn at a certain age. Leadership is so busy trying to figure out how to make sure the organization is "commited" to their "vision" that they never take the time to look in the mirror to see if they are being "leaders" or "bosses".
