The department I am in now has their act together and wants the department to be the best.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation package is good. Medical insurance isn't as good at last year. Under the circumstances with insurance rates it definitely isn't the worst.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I believe the leadership team we have in place now truly cares not only about seeing USA Truck become the best company around, they also care about the employees. We have our yearly Vision sent to everyone and it is upheld by the leadership team which makes you want to uphold them as well!
