Its a competitive culture but I feel that is a good thing. We hold people accountable. the environment is friendly and accepting.
We all work well together and hold each other accountable. Everyone is friendly and communicates well. OUr supervisors appear to care about the well being of the employees and their familys.
The leadership has taken the time to hear what its employs feel and believe is best for our company. They stay in direct communication and set achievable task. This leadership seems to care more about the employees then leaders of the past.
