What do you like best about the leadership team?
High Achievers, but encouraging me / you to do your best. Much much better than it had been years ago. Integrity, rewarding other's and focused on making our jobs enriching.
What makes you most happy at work?
Bringing a solution to a customer that needs to have 1 or 100 shipments moved to their customer. We do that on a daily basis for so many people who work at other companies. We make people happy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is very good health coverage, until there is a major surgery. Then the deductible is very high. There is no stock bonus plan, or ability to buy stock at a discounted rate - say 75% of the market value.
