Seeing the direct correlation between my output and what is driving sales. My coworkers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
On the marketing team, we have a vibrant, multicultural team that enjoy interacting with each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team all have experience taking companies of our size and growing them to the next stage. They are also passionate about their teams
What did you like most about the interview process?
I have been here for 8 years so it has changed, I'm sure, since I interviewed but in my time I was interviewed directly by the CEO. Bit of a rarity, now.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Vested stock options upon hiring, 401k matching, as well as quarterly MBO bonuses based on personal work and how the company is performing. On the MBO bonuses, if the company performs better (e.g. goes beyond 100%) your bonus portion also goes up.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The work from home culture is good and getting better; there isn't a sense of mistrust or that those who work remote aren't working. The company is still spread over several countries and offices, so there are distinctive cultural "islands" as opposed to one large overarching culture.
