What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that they tested our ability to try out our tool without any training, showing how quickly you can learn on your own. We're all very driven people, so you need to prove that during your interview.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's casual so there isn't a stigma if you're trying to talk to management. They really care and listen. You can be an intern and your ideas seem considered equally to the executive team. It's very open and accepting.
What makes you most happy at work?
I really love the work I do. Our team always tries to make it better, so every project feels like a fresh process updated in all the right ways. It's not super strict, we have just enough policy in place to guide you without being stifling. I really love the work we do, it feels really valuable.
