My team, the work itself is interesting and challenging, and also knowing that I am providing value to our customers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the people. People here are not expected to fit into a mold, but rather bring there uniqueness to it and make it better!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We review compensation 2x a year for all employees to make sure everyone is being paid fairly. Additionally, we have excellent benefit package from medical to bonuses to stock options.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There is little to no political drama! Everyone is professional, top notch, and fun! The team has a like mindset of not only doing our jobs, but doing them with high standards and enjoying our work and team mates!!
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was interviewed by a mix of 1:1 conversations, then a panel interview and presentation. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and transparent. They also very much saw it as a two-way interview. And were very careful to leave enough time for me to interview them!
