We are a cohesive unit, all marching to the same drum, and are focused on the one thing that matters...the customer.
What makes you most happy at work?
The positive attitudes of everyone I work with, and the plethora of projects I get to work on that all lead to positive improvements in our KPIs.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
That it's not all top-down. They value input from all within the organization when making key decisions. That's a welcome change when coming from a large company where it's the opposite.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health benefits are phenomenal, I'm being paid about what I should be paid for salary/bonus, and having equity in a company that is headed clearly in the right direction is the cherry on top!
