What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have never made more money in my career than I do here. It is fair and transparent.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Meeting with my boss and his boss. They helped instill what would really be happening and were hiring based on that.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have been through a lot and have not always been on top. They have had to adapt, learn and fight and that makes them the best.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We work hard but it is understood that you need to take time to unplug so you can be on top on your game. Work hard play hard. It's great.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is top notch. My co workers are all individual contributors but any one of them could take over as a leader and there is something very comforting about that. Anyone can help with anything. Not just our team lead.
