they aren't 'salesy' - I would do business with any one of them; genuine, intelligent, down to earth, mentor-mentality, not competitive, we celebrate each other's success.
What makes you most happy at work?
i think a lot of it has to do with our company size, and our linear org structure allows you to really get to know people at any level.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Every Monday, we start off our week with a company-wide meeting with peers around the world w/ learning & development. I've worked for companies where we might do this once a year during a kickoff, etc. UZ is passionate about bring new perspectives, improving as an individual & continuous motivation
What did you like most about the interview process?
i wouldn't say it was an 'interview.' i had really genuine conversations with everyone from the hiring manager, his manager, & several team members. They know what they were looking for, & it didn't take dozens of textbook questions to know who would be the right fit for their team & business goals
