Amazing healthcare benefits, lots of PTO, and annual in-person get-togethers to meet your (usually remote) teams in person
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Pretty flat leadership, doesn't feel like anyone is taking advantage of status. Even new hires, jr members, interns are taken seriously. Positive, supportive environment.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Interviewees actually build a study in our tool and present to us explaining how they set it up and why so we can understand the inner workings of their decision making to accurately gauge experience
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Lots of avenues for support - focus on DE&I, good work-life balance, fun employee-hosted events to have more social interactions, seasonal events, some meetings have rotating presenters to lessen the load on everyone, very quick and collaborative
What are some of the best things about your team?
We cancel meetings when they aren't needed, when available people offer to help others, lots of close daily collaboration and external team-building events to get to know each other better. The team has a lot of really fun, high-performing people.
