Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm certainly valued, but am not getting compensated fairly due to my lack of experience in a new position. I've been assured that will change as soon as I prove myself (which I'm happy with for now).

Very slow to get an offer.
It's been far too long.
My instance was very unique, but it took a long time from the initial interview to the end. Communication could have been better during the process.
