Be compensated based on the state i reside in, current pay scale is the same regardless the state where I live in.

A one-time market catchup should be done on the current compensation. It should be matched on par with current market trends for the current role.

At some point everyone has to extend their working hours to complete high priority task. It would be great if the efforts are noticed and praised in form perks or goodies within the team.
