They don't pay much. To be saving peoples lives and doing the work we do its not being compensated for. They persuade Temps to work there by paying them more than the permanent employees.. Temps make more that's crazy

When audits are done its always the technicians have to answer them and we are holding a higher responsibility than engineers or management staffs but yet we are being paid lower than them.
