What did you like most about the interview process?

Interview questions were basic questions that typically any HR professional would ask.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Hire based on merit and knowledge. Cultural shift will not happen if nepotism continues to exist.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Vancity needs to get people with relevant experience and merits to be in the positions they are. Not nepotism or parachute in as favorites.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I never signed up for the role I am currently in. I joined as someone senior but was forced to be relegated to a lower band just to satisfy restructuring needs.
