Having enough work to keep me busy and billable.

We all definitely have the mindset that customer satisfaction is paramount.

100% transparency on where we stand as a company and goals for the future.

Our leadership team is fully invested in the success of Velosio and, more importantly, our client success. They go hand in hand.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The whole package is phenomenal but I especially like the HSA plan where we can carry over from year to year and take it with us.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having a great manager and a great team of highly skilled and experienced people. I also enjoy staying busy with the various projects assigned to me. If I'm not busy, I'm bored.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We collaborate very well together and am not too busy to offer assistance when needed. We all strive to please our customers and that shines through in how we come together to make that happen.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the enthusiasm and fun we have at the monthly Town Hall meetings. We cover some serious information on where the company stands but there is always some fun thrown in. Love it!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There is a great variety in the offerings which really helps find a plan that matches my current situation in life. Whether I'm healthy and need less coverage or I'm in need of more medical care requiring better coverage. I appreciate that.
