each day is completely different that the last. Each oppty is a challenge to excel.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Each team is different, and there are always spreads in capability as well as drive within teams. Most of the Velosio teams are very capable, and driven to success.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are people first. Yes, the number drive the business, but they also allow/require time for team members to be "non-employees". They keep us informed, and there isnt ONE of the management team that works less hard than any of the employees. I know they work harder than most. Lead by example
