High percentage of team is more than willing to go above & beyond if needed and in most cases teams work well together to a joint end goal.

My bonus objectives are always attainable & for the most part totally in my control. This makes is much easy to meet or exceed these and obtain a full bonus.

I have the best team ! Everyone is more than willing to pitch in, take charge when needed. We really do work as a team and most situations are a team effort.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That all initiatives are clearly stated and employees understand where they fit into those. The fact that Team work is encouraged not only within our own teams but across teams as well. That the Executive Team and Mangers care about employees having the work life balance.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Lots of communication as to how the company is doing financially - good & bad. They also have always done a good job with future vision and adapting to mark trends etc. This always seem to keep us ahead of the curve which is a good thing.
