What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Culture is generally hands-off. We are professionals that do not need micro-managing. Due to remote working, the environment is very informal. Work schedules are self-determined for the most part.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I checked market rates and I am underpaid. Certain segments in the company are never recognized for their work. Benefits are not competitive with other large companies. Have profit sharing.
