I really like Velosio . This is a culture where I can learn and grow and develop. Everything seems very fair. I like my manager and the work I do. The flexibility is fantastic. And I'm giving the tools that I need to hit my quarterly objectives. I really couldn't ask for more.

It's been a wonderful experience. I've learned so much. My career will continue to grow here. I enjoy working with my manager and my team members. It's definitely like family.

Development plans. More training. Now that covid is over an annual meeting would be great.

The company has gone above and beyond to make market adjustments to base. The incentive is above indistry average.

My team all gets along really well. We work hard and have fun. Most importantly we have each others back.

It was an overall amazing experience. The recruiters are friendly and always kept you up-to-date on the status of the interview process.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparent communication, Approachable, strong leadership skills, aligned through cascading goals and objectives. Trust and trusting. Make people a priority. A really terrific leadership team.

My team all gets along well and we learn from each other. These are some of the smartest, hard working, genuinely nice people i've met.

They all seem to get along and are aligned to the growth strategy. All are approachable. Huge difference since the CHRO started. It's really upgraded the team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The company had done a fantastic job bringing base salaries up to market. Many people received double digit merit increases. This, combined with large incentive percentages thst are paid quarterly, makes for fair pay. But, honestly, its the culture that makes me want to stay.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The recruiter said what was going to happen next and it happened. They say they Focus on candidate experience and they truly do. I always knew where I stood and what was the next step in the process. This is in stark contrast to other places I've interviewed where it was a black hole.
