The mentorship program for new employees helps new people coming onboard to guide them through Velosio's ecosystem.

The compensation is great. I feel like I am compensated for my skills, talents, education and experience. It aligns with market standards.
What are some of the best things about your team?
everyone is willing to help and jump on a call. There is a sense of community. Teams are really invested in helping a new employee understand, make sure they have the correct equipment, processes, tools.
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that I feel like a person and not just a number. Also, the communication within the team to make sure that I have what I need and direction to enable me to do what I need to do.
