There is never any micromanagement and the leaders in the company truly trust you to accomplish your goals. The environment is very supportive both on your teams as well as cross functional teams.

Velosio does a great job going beyond just your base salary to offer incentives that the team cares about. The opportunity to have a wellness credit that can be used on anything wellness related rather than just a standard gym reimbursement is something I really value.
