Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
After clocking more than 100% billable hours also still not receiving variable pay amount as we should like 100% because of other factors like team revenue etc..
What makes you most happy at work?
An encouraging and motivating manager, my manager does not micromanage and he gives opportunities to learn new skills. Support and guidance of the team when there is any challenge.
