If any of the employee stuck/hurry/need at any situation, the team is ready to help. We have a very strong and experienced resources.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The commitments from the management side is good but not in reality. Ex: In the next couple of years, you will be in that big position and with that much of package. Next appraisal time: No we can't pay that much because of demand, market value, and whatever it is. It's unfair.
