Getting a TEAMs call with a co-worker that I know is fighting some personal health issues, getting that update from him.

There are those that I can reach to at any time, and they will answer my questions, they seem interested in my success.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

I see these surveys go around, and this is my first to enter my thoughts at Velosio. Leadership is smart! Leadership is aware what needs to be done. My belief is that if you are not going to do anything about improving Velosio, stop asking us.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Right now, we are all "companies of 1" sitting in our home offices. I am not a team. Bring us together! The money you spend on a yearly in-person Town Hall to bask in our success and get to know each other as NOT just a face on a screen, will be reaped dozens of times over. DO IT.
