What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Clear, timely, honest communication. Investment in systems that support our business and the user experience of those systems. Awareness around what is being asked of team members from within their own teams and across the organization.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Communication for the sales team has been a challenge this year. Pipelines/performance have not been met with the organization, communication and leadership required to improve the future outlook. Lack of formal process and systems catered to management reporting vs. user enablement.
