Effecting positive change for team members and our clients.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

My direct supervisor has made himself available and given me enough autonomy to assess and address business needs.

What are some of the best things about your team?

I have been so impressed by the experience and professionalism of the Velosio workforce. There is a genuine interest in helping others that you can feel across the organization.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The leaders appear to be making time to listen to the workforce and consider potential adjustments, coworkers and peers are professional and helpful, and a remote-first policy puts employees' work-life balance into practice.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I believe there are opportunities to improve our existing benefits such as improved healthcare plans and more up-to-date PTO benefits. Other potential improvements include a revisit to Incentive plans and an opportunity for equity.
