Overall, my experience has been good my predecessor had a different style and approach. Some team members took ownership of my role that they traditionally would not, leading to some tension. However, my management team has been excellent in collaborating with me and the team to address these issues

The executives seem to be all on the same page and convey the same message to the company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I worked for a much larger company before, and the compensation package was very competitive even with Veloso's relative size.
