I do not trust the company. Management make changes that negatively impact people's livelihood and don't care. Their solution is to work more billable hours, but that doesn't support work life balance. Hard to trust that logic.

The work I do. I love it.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to employees instead of shrugging shoulders and brushing off employee concerns.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation program changed and many will have a greatly reduced income in 2025. Nobody cares.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We collboate well and get along great. There is always someone willing to hlep if needed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My team is great. The company culture is not. 'You matter' is false. I am a number.
