My big fat team with loads of engineers with happy faces, always so exited about doing new & different things around them..
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel am undervalued but i definitely feel am underpaid for the work i do, as i have taken up many responsibilities & i own them, i see all of them reach closure. I jump to take problems & solve them & i don't wait for work to be assigned to me.
