What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to develop others. Having autonomy to implement processes and procedures that have a positive impact on day to day operations and that of our front line employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Workload increase as a result of insufficient resources, causing managers to take on additional responsibilities without compensation in pay. Cost of living has gone up drastically while salary remains stagnant.
