I work in sales, so for me the bonus and targets are important, so it means a great deal to me that everything is discussed in advance, everyone is treated fairly and hard work and results are properly appreciated.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I joined this team a little over a year ago; in this time, i had to opportunity learn and discuss with everyone. We are a very diverse bunch, with different roles and personalities, but we always have fun together and enjoy a very positive atmosphere.
