My experience is very good, but I worked very hard to have such an experience - I can say that I actually created my good experience despite many serious obstacles on the way, I am a fighter. Over the last 6 years I was going through completely different experiences....

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
in my case - room for decisions on local level, however it is not overall VF case.... I have full budget responsibility. best trials to 'think globally, act locally' - but still far away from this
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My boss - is a great person and very professional, I'm still working here because he is able to make me stay despite many other not nice things happening around. My boss trusts me and treats me with highest respect while being extremely demanding at the same time. He motivates me.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My salary is under the market level. in addition, WD does not have current salary ranges. it decreases YoY not because of inflation etc., but due to other internal VF factors as well. but the fact is it nominally decreased by 14% YoY (!) due to changes in VF compensation structure, really. this is
