
My experience is extensive. I have had the opportunity to have several responsibilities that have satisfied me and have helped me to continue learning and improving. At one point I felt stuck and not moving forward, but it has been with a specific manager.

The leadership team recognize that each part of the company is important to achieve the goals. Everyone participates on their own responsibilities.
I feel undervalued because my position in the market is better paid. My benefits have been flat since many years ago. And after two years at least my salary is adjusted due to inflation.
My salary has not been updated according to the inflation and my current roles. My salary is under the average in the market and moreover the new employees get better salaries than the people that have been in the company for years.
