I feel undervalued due to my compensation not reflecting my workload/involvement/dedication, nor it being market-competitive

Most of the times, it's the people I work with, as well as the challenges that take me out of the routine
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The fact that it seems they constantly try to find ways to engage their employees and keep them satisfied, but this doesn't always turn out to be successful.
