Here juniors and contractors are paid more. effective resources are not retained well. Sometimes having a feel like some teams are not working effectively. TOO much of micro management that impacts the work culture. Leads doesnt works and concentrate only on micro management.

people are friendly and approachable
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The person who work well doesn't encouraged with good hikes rather the juniors and the contractors are highly paid... Effective people are leaving organization and deserved candidates are slogged in the projects who has less knowledge.
