I came in at the very beginning of the COVID lockdown. Even though I did not physically meet my team until a year or more later, I never felt detached. I instantly became "part of the tribe". In short, it's been a great working relationship with my team, and our internal customers.

The quarterly "state of the union" calls are helpful in realizing the totality of our combined efforts. Seeing the positive results is motivating.

Even though we are a geo-diverse team, our willingness to share knowledge and assist one another, not only helps in meeting expectations; but improves our skill sets organically.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The flexibility provided and the genuine concern for employee's with disabilities or other medical limitations. It truly relieves us from the employment concerns that typically comes with health challenges. Verifone has been a "positive" place.
