What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct leadership is an open book. We are commended for jobs well done and are also given trust in what we build and support
What makes you most happy at work?
Being allowed to play with (work on) the platforms I support, build things that colleagues and end users use to support and communicate with customers and their colleagues
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am not used to being compensated. I worked for a newspaper company for 18 years prior to joining Verifone and took pay cuts to continue working with the team that I grew to love. The best part if they come as a surprise and are appreciated more because of my past.
