The team which I am part of does a really good job of knowledge sharing. No one tries to hang on to the information for themselves just so they can "be the expert".
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I find that the leaders that I interact with most are honest and unafraid to say what needs to be said. They are willing to take action and always seeking to improve the company as a whole.
