A real and clear defined job with real obtainable career path. Especially in NA Engineering

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

A real organization in engineering. Not a concept with no plan to obtain it.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Come up with a executable plan, not just concepts that leadership has no way to obtain. Listen to people who are actually doing the work and there ideas.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Real Communication. We dont need the smoke and mirrors and BS that is happening in the communications internal. The new employee recognition, does anyone think Mike actually writes this email?
