
The fact that there always seems to be a welcomed attitude by all team members to try and assist others.
I don't feel undervalued as an employee but a job restructuring and greatly increased workload and responsibilities no longer align with the original compensation package.
The feeling of accomplishment simply due to the sheer backlog of work and stress incurred. Getting anything done at this point is a win.
They seem committed and upbeat when addressing the company. There is a positive energy they convey to make folks feel like what VFI is doing as a whole, is succeeding.
That everyone is trying as hard as they can in the face of some pretty significant adversity generated both from within VFI as well as being applied externally by our customers. At the same time, there is a wide range of knowledge between team members and everyone helps where they can.
