Invest in people, appreciate the work that is being delivered instead of just focusing on financial targets.

I do more than what my tole should be doing but that's never considered when it comes to compensation.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Directors/CEO must allow teams to run themselves and not dictate everything, they don't have a day to day view of every region.
