Coworkers are nice to work with. But the ways to do business is highly traditional & not open for innovative methods or ideas. We are basically told what to do & how to do it; not enough room for presenting and implementing new ideas. The systems we use are not automated & fractured

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We lack necessary resources. We need more qualified sw developers & more global solutions to be localized. Also, some flexibility for the employees to speak up freely, I don't think we are heard.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I can't find any at the moment. Everything is done in a highly traditional way; no environment for brainstorming. Employees are only told what to do; not included in any kind of strategic processes. Not enough female leaders in executive positions.
