What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team are visionaries and passionate about being the best in the industry. Always challenging themselves to achieve big for a greater cause. Very transparent and focused are some of their great qualities.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our company provides paid leave & Special Day allowance to celebrate Birthday-Anniversary with the family. They are also very considerate of reimbursing the Home Office Home travel expenses. These 2 components are additional to our salary/compensation package.
What makes you most happy at work?
The eagerness of learning something new each day and collaborating with people and discussing ideas to explore new possibilities make me most happy at work. Taking up challenges and then overcoming those challenges gives a great feeling and happiness at work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
"Flexibility" is the word to best address this question. The culture of "value our people and trusting their abilities" is the key. Right guidance and training encourages people to do their best and boost up their confidence to do even better is the core of company's culture and environment.
