What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone wants the company and its employees to succeed, so everyone is more than happy to offer help in any way they can. The leadership team is approachable which reflects positive comfortability within the rest of the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My favorite thing about my team is the support we receive from our manager. He is so supportive, helps with roadblocks, gives us praise and gratitude, shares our kudos with leadership so they are able to see the positive feedback we receive, and we can always count on him to have our back.
