I love working for Verifone. I have watched it progress and evolve over time and look forward to the future with the new products, services, etc...that our company is working on and doing.
What makes you most happy at work?
My team. I look forward to talking with them daily about work and life in general since they are in different countries.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I prefer to work individually as I'm able to focus better. The office gets too loud with people chit chatting and walking around.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive component about our company is that one team can have people from multiple countries allowing us to be exposed to new cultures, etc...
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I really don't have a best part when it comes to the compensation package. The benefits are good enough to have...could be better but could be worse.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership to 100% shows support daily to me and my team. They are always there in times of need and always willing to assist. They are compassionate and a valuable asset to me.
