A caring workplace towards all employees If a particular situation arises, employees generally feel comfortable contacting human resources. If employees want to consult, they feel comfortable consulting with any of the employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think I studied academically and specialized a bit over the years and didn't receive any appropriate extra pay for it. and I am very caring towards the company and it is important to me to streamline things as much as possible.
