There are many hard-working and very resourceful individuals in the team. That being said, there are also a handful of "bad apples".

Leadership shows a clear focus on team development, which is appreciated. If I were to point out an area of improvement, that would be consistency and clarity in communication.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The best part of the culture is how diverse and global it is. Working with people from different countries brings fresh ideas and perspectives. Having projects across regions keeps the work interesting and gives everyone a chance to learn from different markets and ways of working.
