Flexible PTO and hybrid work environment.

The generous PTO and flexible first policy for work from home vs office help me from getting burned out, and keeps me wanting to do my best to stay here!

I am happy with what I have,

It would be beneficial to increase the health insurance coverage to better align with current hospital expenses. Additionally, including parental insurance as part of the benefits package would be an excellent enhancement.
Review from IT Dept
No best part so far
Review from Operations Dept
We have a fairly flexible PTO policy.
Review from Operations Dept
The health and wellness benefits are comprehensive, giving me peace of mind for my family?

Absolutely has to be the pickleball court.

Flex PTO and Monthly Sales Bonus

Paid Time Off is generous for an American company.

Everything is good for me

the fact that there if room to improve from where you are
Review from Customer Support Dept
It's comparable to other companies
Review from Customer Support Dept
I think the best part of my compensation package is FLEX PTO and the competitive pay.
Review from Product Dept
We have a reasonably generous PTO package.
Review from Operations Dept
Pay can't cover rent and food. Hard to determine budget since most money comes from commission. the sales team beats company goals regularly and yet, no raises even with rising cost of living.
Review from Sales Dept · Posted 16 days ago
The pay needs to be much better and getting a pay raise with above standard reviews should not be restricted to if you received a promotion in the last year or not. It's very disheartening to see the showcase of Accelerate while making less than expected at a tech company

first senior role here giving salary in fresher range in outside
Review from Product Dept · Posted 17 days ago
Looking at similar jobs located in the same general location, pay at V4 is anywhere from 20-40% short of similar jobs. I understand that we have decent insurance offered, but I don't think that is a valid reason for pay to be so low. I think hiring at proper pay would allow for better talent.
Review from Customer Support Dept · Posted 17 days ago
Compenation can be kind of low for the amount of work some do. Especially taking the rising cost of living into consideration. While we do get normal increases, it still feels as though we're a bit underpaid.

Vertafore doesnt really care how much knowledge you carry when you do your reviews
Review from Customer Success Dept · Posted 17 days ago
The raises are never above 2% for excellent reviews. The promotion raise is a non-negotiable 6% - this includes the 2% yearly raise, which makes a promotion a 4% raise. They are increasing in office time to full time without warning and do not pay for parking. Benefits are expensive and awful!
Review from Finance Dept
As a MNC company CTC should match with role.
Review from Engineering Dept
It is well known that Vertafore offers below-market salaries with the idea that their long-term stability and, previously, work flexibility made up for that difference. But those latter perks are going away, which leaves people with below-market wages and little to no perks. So, why work there?
Review from Marketing Dept
I believe that employee benefits play a significant role in overall job satisfaction. Benefits such as comprehensive health insurance that covers family members, regular preventive health checkups, and wellness programs would provide greater financial security and peace of mind.
Review from IT Dept
I have 10 years of experience I think company is way under paid compared to our USA counterpart but we the same work.
Review from Operations Dept
Employee experience could improve by reviewing compensation and promotion benefits, addressing high workloads for senior members, restoring morale-boosting gestures, and offering more flexible work arrangements. These changes may enhance satisfaction, retention, and overall effectiveness.
Review from IT Dept
wages are lower than desired, would prefer fewer "perks" and more take home pay. Spend less on mediocre perks like gym benefits, and give me more money
Review from HR Dept
Salaries are significantly below industry average as is 401K matching percent.
Review from Marketing Dept
I think at every 5 years or so, salary normalization should happen as per the fair average market value for that role. That would help us to be competitive with the industry/market and retain very best top talent as the years progress.
Review from Engineering Dept
I feel that my compensation growth over time has not fully reflected my experience, contributions, and the evolving scope of my role. Greater alignment with market expectations, organizational scale, and a clearer connection between performance, role progression, and compensation would help improve
Review from Customer Support Dept
Lesser hike and package than market price and benifits.
Review from Engineering Dept
Pay employees salaries that mirror the rest of the market. Our pay rates are much lower than the same jobs in the same industry.
Review from Product Dept
I have worked at the company for well over a year and am still not paid a living wage for my metropolitan area.
